Concert night
Friday, October 4th, it's that time again: the KDV concert evening at Museum Speelklok! The instruments from the collection will play the most beautiful music, and the bar in the museum café will be open all evening.
All organ enthusiasts are warmly welcome in the museum café for a bite and a drink from 17.00. The program will start at 19.00.
This evening will focus on the Mortier company. This year marks the 80th anniversary of the death of the founder of this Antwerp organ factory, Theofiel Mortier. His organs are still known worldwide and formed the basis for other street and concert organs built by craftsmen like Carl Frei. One such organ is the Schuyt, which will also be heard this evening. Don’t miss it!
Friends of Museum Speelklok and members of the Kring van Draaiorgelvrienden have free entry for two people. For non-members, regular admission prices apply.
