When you purchase a ticket online, we will ask for your first name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address. These details will be stored on Museum Speelklok’s own secure servers or those of a third party. Museum Speelklok works with Global Ticket for the purpose of selling tickets. Via Global Ticket’s system, your data will be displayed for up to one year after purchase after which time it will be anonymised. We will not combine this data with any other personal data we may hold. Also, your data will not be used for other purposes.

You can also sign up for Museum Speelklok’s monthly (digital) newsletter via the website. We send these out via our Mailing List. All that we require for this is an e-mail address. Again, this data is stored on Museum Speelklok’s own secure servers or those of a third party. We will not combine this data with any other personal data we may hold. Also, your e-mail address will not be used for other purposes.

At the bottom of each mailing, you will find the option to unsubscribe from the monthly newsletter.

When you send an e-mail or other messages to us, we may store those messages. Sometimes we will ask for your personal details if it is relevant to do so in the particular situation for us to be able to handle your enquiries and respond to your requests. The data will be stored on Museum Speelklok’s own secure servers or those of a third party. We will not combine this data with any other personal data we may hold.
